Ingredients-
  • One cup of raw honey
  • One teaspoon of ginger juice
  • Juice of one medium-sized lemon (optional)

Preparation and use-

Mix all the above ingredients. Take one teaspoon of this mixture for around three times a day whenever you get down with a cough problem.

Ginger and Vinegar Cough Syrup Recipe:

Ingredients-
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • One tablespoon of honey
  • One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of water

Preparation and use-

Mix all these ingredients well. This makes-up a wonderful cough syrup. Its one of the simplest and most effective recipes for this purpose. All these ingredients contain anti-inflammatory values. So, they heal a severe irritated cough distress. Use around one teaspoon of this mixture for three times in a day during this illness.

Ginger is nature's boon!! But do notice that if you are a person with a hot body temperament then this herb is not good for you as its extremely hot in its nature.
