Very frequent ejaculation also leads to a great loss of qualitative sperm from your body, so for this you should abstain from this sexual activity for at least 3 days till the next one
7. Excessive smoking, alcohol intake
8. Over-exertion as tired body is not capable of producing high quality sperm
9. Zinc deficiency
10. Infected prostate gland
11. Malformation of genitals right from the birth
12. Anabolic steroid use
