Important prevention tips for a Bad Body Odor

Limit body hair- Yeah!! its very important to have a limited amount of body hair to avoid a bad body odor. Now, it does not mean that you have to shave your head too!! That sounds ridiculous!! Here the point of removing hair is getting rid of the hair from the covered areas of the body or the areas where the skin gets less exposure to fresh air. The oil produced while sweating gets attached to hair on the body. They trap the bacteria that moves on the skin.

And thus they cause a lot of problem in increasing a nose troubling smell.

Hence, keep your beard or other parts containing more hair shaved or waxed.

But do remember do not overdo it. As this may result in the blockage of the barrier of hair-lines which protects the skin from other severe bacterias. Also, take a good care while shaving or removing your hair with some other method as a slight negligence may leave a cut or wound.

Be careful with the foods you eat- Do avoid foods like white flour, refined sugar, hydrogenated oils (french fries, crackers, chips, corns, pasta mixes and noodles), processed foods (macaroni, cakes, pizza, cheese food, peanut butter, brown and white sugar etc). Also do not take red meat as it releases many toxins into the blood stream. In fact, fiber-lacking food should also be avoided here in this case. Other than this, avoid garlic, onions, cumin, alcohol and caffeine.

You should, in fact, take foods like grains, leafy vegetables, sprouts, fresh fruits, soy products and raw nuts. They control the bad smell.

Wear loose-fitting cotton clothes- Apart from this, do not wear tight and unwashed clothes. They give a high hand in accumulating more dirt and giving rise to the bacteria that causes a severe and pathetic body odor.

Foot care- Try to wear cotton socks and wash your feet regularly. Avoid wearing socks the whole day. Summer season has so much to add to fashion.. go for chappals with semi-casuals, formal sandals for men too are there in abundance. So, don't dress like a school-going kid. Liberty is what your skin needs desperately to breathe, especially, in summer season when sweating is uncontrollable. So, be flexible and try new kind of clothes. Keep yourself clean!!
